The same thing happened to me. I took a break (a short one) and upped my calories by 300 more than MFP recommends and the scale moved by three pounds.

i am big on fruits and vegetables. i think i have adjusted well to my portions as i am not hungry whenever i finish eating. I dont feel starved on my diet. I just need the darned scale to move.

Thanks for this. I began doing insanity two days ago. My diet is more protein than carbs cos i gain weight easily when i am on more carbs. so i will try the intermittent fasting and see what happens

I began level 3 two days ago! I went 12 days of level two with little change in my upper body. I think its mainly because i always had good upper body strength ( just wondering). I am giving it till the end of level 3 to see what happens. I am trying to be patient but I am soooooo anxious to see results

I HAVE BEEN STUCK AT 154.4 ALSO!!!!! i went down to 138.8 and then i went back up to 154.4 and i have been stuck there for almost 8 days. my diet is good and i have been exercising consistently. i dont know what to do and i am just trying to be patient and see what happens. I am giving it 2 more weeks and then i will worry.
