Workouts/ your body
When your body gets used to your daily work out. D o you up the time? Or increase intensity? I normally do 60 minutes to keep weight loss steady and consistent should I continue to up the time/intensity? What's your take?

So upset/weight loss
I gave away my scale which was a sunbeam nothing special non-digital scale. It said I weighed 135.. While at Walmart 3 days later I got the chance to test out a newer digital scale which weighed me at 142?? Wtf!?! I was really peeved and pissed off .. I dnt know how much to subtract for my jacket jewelry and clothes etc.…

Toning / results
After every work out my tummy is slim and tight. Hours later it turns back to being flabby/ a bt bloated. Is what I see after my work out something I can expect to see for my final permanant results? Also does this happen to anyone else?

Red Robbins
So I just came back from red Robbins.. I had the chicken ciabatta sandwhich with black beans and 10 calorie raspberry iced tea. Omg.. Let me just say that *kitten* was delicious ❤! And only came to 603 calories minus 1/2 the bun... Who sesz u can't be healthy and still treat yourself ?
