After every work out my tummy is slim and tight. Hours later it turns back to being flabby/ a bt bloated. Is what I see after my work out something I can expect to see for my final permanant results? Also does this happen to anyone else?

All those muscles are blood engorged so they appear bigger(toned)
Just lose more fat and do more squats and deadlifts0 -
I'll start to include squats I usually do planks, but even when I used to go to the gym my trainer used to have me do squats.. -very painful!.. Thank q ❤0

If they are painful you are probably doing them wrong, hit up youtube and check out some form videos.0
