Did the research read up on it and I'm still confused. I wanna lose weight obviously and I know the whole 3500 =1 lb rule of thumb. But my question if ANYONE would answer would be lovely... Is....-> should your net be negative or positive ? Is it stating your daily deficit ? What's the best way if anyone can share it.. Please
. -> what's the best / most accurate way to mathematically calculate weight loss based on deficit / excercise to see how much you would lose or weigh in a week lb wise? Please someone answer
I once went based in MPF & my excercise burned cals & came up with what should of burned 2 lbs but didn't. U catch my drift ?

SADLY people don't understand.
3500 cals = 1lb.
OF BURNED EXCERISE CALS.
NOT EATING CALORIES.
Eat 3500 calores of fruit, veggies..
Eat 3500 calories of fast food, junk food.
I garuntee anything, you wont gain weight on the healthy food, but will gain more than a pound on the junk!0 -

I've cut out all junk.. I don't know if I miscalculated or what but I should have lost 2 lbs that week and didn't. I just dnt get it. I wanted to get a better explanation on the whole net calorie definition this way I could better understand it myself.0
