Did the research read up on it and I'm still confused. I wanna lose weight obviously and I know the whole 3500 =1 lb rule of thumb. But my question if ANYONE would answer would be lovely... Is....-> should your net be negative or positive ? Is it stating your daily deficit ? What's the best way if anyone can share it.. Please :). -> what's the best / most accurate way to mathematically calculate weight loss based on deficit / excercise to see how much you would lose or weigh in a week lb wise? Please someone answer ;) I once went based in MPF & my excercise burned cals & came up with what should of burned 2 lbs but didn't. U catch my drift ?
