Does anyone have a favorite brand that they're using and happy with? I think this would be a good, HEALTHY way to have more protein and to add into my intake for the day! I would probably go to GNC in store to check it out, so nothing too hard to find please :)

Personally, even though I have an elliptical machine, making the daily or every other day drive to the gym itself motivates…

Add me if your diary is viewable!
I think it is helpful to check out others food logs for ideas and to keep eachother "in check" occasionally. If you agree and are willing to reveal yours, I will do the same-actually, mine should be public already!

Eating "too few" calories
Does it really matter? If you take a look at my food intake I just didn't snack today or have time for a breakfast. Edit: only low by close to 200 calories. I also exercised, which took off 104 calories through indoor bicycling...

5'6" 21 year old
I have lost 4 lbs. so far, I've been trying my best everyday to make it a priority to go to the gym for at least a good 1/2 hr. workout of cardio and weight lifting.
