Especially when you feel you've failed your attempts.
Need motivation tips to keep on track! :/

    The fact that I need to be accountable for myself. My lifestyle: eating habits and exercise, are two big factors.

    I can either take control and make decisions that will impact me in a positive way.
    I can pretend I'm an innocent victim and whine about how hard it is and how I can't do it.
    Or I can go on pretending I don't care, not counting calories, not exercising and not caring about myself -- and let this lack of self respect have a negative effect on my self-esteem.

    I pick the first choice. I choose who I am. I am responsible for every decision I make. Which brings pride.
