On your Food Diary, in the first meal, click "Tools" you'll see "Quick add calories" - it's just that...for when you are guessing, or trying to save time, etc.0

If there is a food in which you know the calories but none of the other nutritional info, you can add the calories to make sure you are under your goals without adding a new entry to the database. For example, I e-mailed a wine company to see if they had the nutritional info of their wine. They said they only have the calories, not carbs, fat or protein. I generally just add the calories then when I drink that wine. Doing it once and awhile is ok, but if you are not watching the other stuff in your diet it can spell trouble in my opinion.0

Today we had cookies in my office. I tore off a tiny piece of one. So I use quick calories to log it as 20 cal.
Other people may use it to hide eating at McDonalds.0
