Greetings, I am worried that I am getting a lot of sugar in my day and a majority is from the vegetables and fruits I eat. Greetings, Just started Insanity today, so first day was the Fit Test. Hard boiled Eggs
I am looking at snacks and I like hard boiled eggs but the cholesterol is making me worry that I will do more harm then good. I workout about an hour and a half a day so I don't burn 1000 calories and such. Any advice? Or do I need to keep them to a once in a while snack?

Question about daily calorie intake
So I'm counting calories and working out. Now when I log my workouts in it gives me more calories to intake. For instance my daily calorie goal is 1400 and I work out 300 calories it gives me 300 more calories to eat, thus telling me I should consume 1700. Should I be consuming more or not?
