I did/do 30 DS daily (already went 30 days this past Wednesday) and also got on my treadmill AFTER the DVD workout. I would go anywhere between 20-50 minutes on treadmill. My starting weight when I joined was 198 and I too want to lose at least 50. I'm 25. I'm down to 187 and it sure can be tough! But we are in similar situations!

It's really how often you wish to do it. I however don't think doing it daily will be very productive because it takes time to lose an inch/inches. I weigh myself weekly and I am going to add measurements. Some may say this is too often but it's what I choose. You just have to find what you think is a good fit.

I don't want to go spend $120.00+ on DVD's and give up. I've dieted plenty in the past and I want to make sure I'm in it and don't quit it. I think it happened today because I started my meals a bit late. I ate first around noon and that was just an apple. My MFP goal is 64grams. I ate a bit too much today. Things have protein that I was not to well aware of. I hope to just make sure I don't keep going over. Whole point to eat less for me is to lose fat, don't want to eat it back in.
