Im Baaaaaak
I was doing so well. I had maintained my 138 for over 3 years. 2 Months ago I got a torn rotator cuff injury and have had to take steroids which has put me back to 154, which in turn upset my BP. I used to work on a turkey farm which then became a chicken farm. I will preface this all by saying this all applies to cattle or whatever also. How do you want to eat when you reach maintanance?
How many of us drink the shakes, go low carb. starve it off, exercise it off, etc to lose the weight we have to lose and then gain it all back? It doesnt take a rocket scientist to tell us that we have not been doing the right thing to gain all of our weight? How do you want to eat when you get to your goal?

Juicing vs Blending
A few months ago when I tried juicing it seemed like such a waste to have to throw out so much of the vegetable. I read up on juicing vs blending and from what I gathered, juicing was used to cleanse and blending (using all the veggy) is used for not cleansing.
