I was doing so well. I had maintained my 138 for over 3 years. 2 Months ago I got a torn rotator cuff injury and have had to take steroids which has put me back to 154, which in turn upset my BP. So, I am showing my Dr, that I can do this. I have ordered a new Fitbit and getting MFP all set up again, so wish me luck. I can do this.

This is awesome of you. Doctors seem to want to push drugs over better nutrition. Good for you for going this route. I have no doubt that with determination and desire, you will reach your goals. I wish you all the best!0
