Scuba Diving?
Does anyone here do it? How much is it going to take out of me? The instructors argue that where we are is one of the toughest places to dive (East coast of Scotland) because of the strong currents and water temperature.

Chunky with hair, or slim and bald?
For the last couple of years I've been losing my hair :cry: Just wondering who else has had to deal with it, and what they did about it. And is it really a big deal to go bald?! As far as I'm concerned; if I lose the weight I don't care if I'm left looking like a cueball. :grumble:

Good news everyone! You can tuck into those Big Macs again! Kind of speaks volumes that one of the safest places to get your beef at the moment is a fast food chain... (for those who might not know what I'm talking about; there's a big scandal at the moment in Europe regarding horsemeat being found in beef products)

Highest heart rate during cardio?
Just wondering what people find themselves sitting at during a cardio workout? I usually find myself around the high 170's during an hour session, or high 180's-low 190's during a sprint (HRM during last minutes of w/o).
