Losing weight. Knowing your BMR.
I finally figured out how to lose weight. The secret is going to the Apps link and finding the BMR link. Fill that out and eat approx 100 calories less a week to lose 1 lb a week. I've even doing it for several months now and have lost 24 lbs. Good luck all.

Lost 12lbs so far. yay!
Just wanted to say thet Im feeling good and lost 12 lbs recently. Going to TOPS on Wednesdays and determined to lose 60 lbs. Ive been averaging about 1 lb a week. Slow but steady.

Slow but Steady
Ive lost 5lbs in 3 weeks. It's coming off slow, but I dont mine as Im not starving myself or on any crazy diets or harmful pill. Ive just cut back my calories to between 1300 and 1500 calories a day. 200 is my magic number
When I log my food into MyFitnessPal the first thing I do is to go to Snacks and give myself 200 calories. This I use in the evening as for me I have to snack on something at night or Ill go bonkers chewing on my nails, etc. So that comes right off the top of my 1200 calories a day diet. The rest I work out as I go.

Steam mushrooms to freeze
