Slow but Steady

Ive lost 5lbs in 3 weeks. It's coming off slow, but I dont mine as Im not starving myself or on any crazy diets or harmful pill. Ive just cut back my calories to between 1300 and 1500 calories a day. Im eating healthy and bought a yogurt maker to make my own organic greek yogurt. I have a severe back injury so I can not exercise now. Back surgery coming up in 6 weeks. Hope all you guys are doing well. :)

    awesome! slow is good! It's easier to stick to, like you said. And definitely more healthy than a crazy pill. (Those don't work)
