Calorie help
I tend to find myself going to extreme with calories and way overeating to restricting. So I am taking the advice I read over and over again here to make a more functional calorie deficit. I am 150 aiming to lose 20lbs. My TDEE is around 1800. What would you successful counters recommend?

Calorie changing
I found by accident that my body response when I have calorie fluctuations. I will eat at my target goal for 4 or 5 days then go overboard a day then go back to target goal calories then I will be lenient a bit and my weight seemed to kick start down again. Anyone else have this?

Are you having more success with macros than just calorie counting? Does regular good old cico work? I seem to be so sluggish with my weight loss and read that for this body type it is about the macros.

1200 and 30 min of working out everyday
I am a goal oriented person and I have a goal of 1200 calories no more than 1300 and working out 30 min. a day for the next 21 days. eating out and at friends
So far my one difficult part of making calorie counting a lifestyle is my lifestyle where I am active with clubs and groups with dinners made by others and eating out. I know there have to be others like me, what do you do to figure calories and stay successful?

logging in food....
When I log I tend to just focus on the Calories and not really care so much about the other numbers with sodium and sugar etc. I am able to still lose if I just modify calories. I was wondering if I am alone in this or are many of you careful with all numbers.

accountability
My first week of tacking EVERYDAY. I had a weight loss of a little over 3 lbs. So, I really feel encouraged and I enjoyed lots of my favorite foods including some taco bell.

i love this plan of 1200 and this is what is being indicated as appropriate for my height and goal. I have read some of your stories and feel inspired. especially convenient is this rule of having to have calorie labes on everything these days. any specific helpful hints for the long haul?
