Knee push ups

12-hr shifts
For those of you who take your food for you 12-hour shifts and stay within moderate calories, what does a typical day of breakfast, lunch, and dinner look like for you..if you don't mind sharing. I struggle with this because I get up so early and get home a couple hours after 'dinnertime'. Thanks in advance

cost of healthy food vs unhealthy food
I've heard it said that unhealthy food is less expensive than healthy food. I don't believe this to be true. I know it's highly subjective, but what do you think, generally speaking? I think cost sounds like an excuse. Correct me if I'm wrong..

Healthy lunches to take to work
The cafeteria at my job makes some truly delicious food, but not always nutritious (hello Taco Tuesday!). I need some suggestions, other than a boring ole salad, that I can take to work. Some days I work 12 hours, so I need enough for lunch and dinner. Thanks in advance!
