Reward yourself

How do you reward yourself for your weight loss (or gain, for you lucky ones!)? I'm thinking about an appointment at the hair salon after I lose my first 10.

At 30 lbs I got a hair cut. And 57 lbs I got a baby. lol. Really, the reward is the weight loss in itself. I guess buying new cute clothes can be rewarding, but I buy clothes all the time these days (I guess that happens when you go from XL/US16 to XS/US4/6).0

I have set up a chart with things like $5, $10, and $20 for a new wardrobe, new mp3s to listen to while I exercise, new equipment for the home, a new pair of jeans. Things like that. I have quite a bit to go. None of them are food related and help bolster my motivation.0

Wow! I love that story! I'm probably too old now for the baby reward (I'm 43), but definitely a hair appt! Congratulations?0 -

Oops! I didn't mean to add a question mark after the congratulations. Haha. I meant 'congratulations!'

I think thats a great idea too. Though granted Im going to need to buy new clothes too because my old ones dont fit anymore. Not complaining though.0 -
I'm doing a complete new hairstyle and color with bold highlights. It's gonna be expensive and I have a lot to lose so I'm gonna do it at 50 pounds I think. I'm just over 23 pounds down now so about half way there!0

I tend to reward myself with new exercise clothes or equipment but sometimes a girl just deserves a glass of wine0
