12 hour shifts and working out

Hi! Does anyone out there in MFP-land workout on 12-HR shift days? Do you get your workout in before or after your long shift?

I work overnight, 6 days a week, usually 10 hours a day. I go as soon as I get out of work. No excuses, I just go. Don't care how tired I am, I just do it. It works for me. It helps me sleep better to. Good luck0
