Introducing vegan foods into my diet is something I really want to get into! Mainly for the wonderful benefits it provides to the body and also due to the obvious against animal cruelty reasons. It would be great to meet other people who are either trying it too, or who are already having a vegan diet.

Tips for water consumption

Nights Out
Would a typical messy night out add a lot to the amount of calories i consume for that day? With the alcohol being things such as sambuca shots, wkds, wine, vodka, those type of things?

Boredom Eating
I'll have a few days where i find myself losing weight easily, sticking to the right foods and exercising. But then il have one day where im just stuck at home doing nothing, and find myself eating terrible foods due to boredom. Any helpful tips on how to avoid this? :) xox
