hey guys. I work the typical 9-5 office/reception job Monday to Friday. Yawn! I often find sometimes throughout the day I need a little snack to get me through. This is especially needed when I have a small none carb lunch. What easy quick healthy but cheap snack ideas do you think would be perfect to take? I'm running out of ideas!! I need more variety! :) xoxo

I usually bring cocoa dusted almonds. It really helps curb the 3pm munchies and the touch of cocoa satisfies my sugar craving. I pack a serving size to take to work or else I'd eat the whole bag lol

I love to bake and bring goodies to work. Recently I have been bringing in veggie trays and pita chips. I don't get the same response as cookies, but the food still disappears.

Nuts are great and easy to pack. I always go for the raw, unsalted ones to avoid added sodium. They keep you full until dinner due to the protein. Greek yogurt is also great! I buy plain and sprinkle a little cinnamon and a Tbsp. of honey in it. String cheese is also a good grab and go option. An apple or banana with peanut butter is always yummy. You could also do carrot and celery sticks with hummus. Protein bars are great! I LOVE quest bars... 20+ grams of protein and barely any carbs or sugar! Cottage cheese with fruit like strawberries or pineapple is good too!
