Ive heard mixed reviews about this fitness DVD that is apparently supposed to be amazing according to some reviews.
Im tempted to buy it and try it out, but has anyone else given this a go and what did you think of it?

    Heya have u checked out amazon? As the reviews on there all seem really positive and look on youtube usually they have sections of the dvd so u can get an idea if its right for u have to say it looks good I might pick it up myself

    I'd be wary of anything promising results in just 7 days. Long term results take long term commitment.
