Help! My diet sucks....
I love working out.... And I have no problem doing it either. I love the adrenaline feeling and the burn on my body..... But I can't stop eating crap!!!!!!! High Blood Sugars and Being Sick
Does anyone else experience high blood sugars when they are sick? I'm T2 and I have bronchitis right now.... I've had FBS in the 200s and before/after meal BS in the 190-235s. I'm getting frustrated with no results.... I work out everyday, I've cut calories and carbs and increased my protein intake, and started taking supplements..... with NOTHING! I keep yo yo-ing between 205-209 lbs. Anyone have any suggestions??
