This is my to go to snack when craving something cool & creamy. Peel, slice, & freeze one banana. When frozen place in food processor with 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (could use other berries/fruit) puree until thick and creamy. Makes 2 half cup sercings 64 calories 0 fat.

calories in homemade food?
Most of the food I make is homemade casseroles, stews, etc. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to break down the nutritional value in a recipe in order to find out the amount of calories, etc that is in it?
