Set goal to lose 1 lb or 2 lbs a week?
Hey everyone, I have been at sort of a plateau for awhile now...I was just wondering in your experience losing weight if it more beneficial to set your goals to lose 1 lb a week or 2 lbs a week??? I just changed mine from 2 to 1 to see if that helps at all.....I am also switching up my workouts. Just curious what works…

Headache while exercising...
Today while I was doing some strength moves..tricep dips, bridge, cruntches...I got a really bad headache while doing them. This never has happened to me before. I also felt kinda dizzy afterward. Do these count as water??
Hi, I was just wondering if you guys count zero calorie drinks in your daily water intake....things such as crystal light, life water zero, propel zero? You know the packets that you add to a bottle of water...I read somewhere they count as water but was curious to know what you guys are doing! I drink tons of water a day…

Too much protein?
Just got back into logging yesterday after a few month lapse. Today I went over my suggested intake of protein by 24 grams! Is too much protein really a bad thing? I always thought protein was good but I guess too much of anything is not good. Was this really bad and what negatives are there to consuming too much protein?

Hey does anyone know the amount of calories burned using a stairmaster?- my electronic output doesn't work and I can't seem to find it in the exercise database. Am I searching for it wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :smile:

I have been going on the tredmill 6 days a week for 20-30 mins- with increaing the intensity over the past 4 weeks since I started.
