What to log this as?
I work in a travel agency and this afternoon need to carry packs of brochures upstairs to the storage room. They are quite heavy and its quite hard work carrying them upstairs but what do I log it as due to the weight of them? I don't know how much they weigh as each pack is different. any suggestions?

I've just looked through the exercise database and seen that it has cooking/food prep listed. Would anyone actually ever count this as 'exercise?? I wouldn't as to me its just a general part of the day and would never enter my head to log it as burning a few calories. Just seemed a bit daft to me.

Hi I downloaded mfp months ago and then stopped using it. I am now in the right mindset to focus on losing weight and toning up. I'm 26 5ft1 and from Warwickshire.
