Hi
I downloaded mfp months ago and then stopped using it. I am now in the right mindset to focus on losing weight and toning up.
I'm 26 5ft1 and from Warwickshire.
My starting weight was 70kgs and have reached 67.9 in 3 weeks. I would like to get down to 63kgs (10stone) at least and then maybe go for 60kgs. I'm a typical pear shape and carry my weight around my hips,belly,bum, and thighs. My top half is fine its just the bottom! As I'm quite short I think it makes me look bigger than I am as I just look dumpy.
I'm not a huge fan of exercise although I go to a military circuits class once a week and started zumba on Monday.
Looking to make friends with anyone similar to swap tips and ideas with.

Hello, I'm also a newbie! I've been paleo(ish) since last September, so I have some good, healthy recipes to share! :-) I think now is the time to start recording what I eat to make sure I'm eating how I think I eat (if that makes sense).0

Absolutely. I find a food diary really helps as you don't realise how unhealthy some foods are!0
