What to log this as?

I work in a travel agency and this afternoon need to carry packs of brochures upstairs to the storage room. They are quite heavy and its quite hard work carrying them upstairs but what do I log it as due to the weight of them? I don't know how much they weigh as each pack is different. any suggestions?

I'd put it down as walking stairs and than add like 5-10% calories for the lifting. Wouldn't worry too much about it unless you're doing this exercise every day. But suppose you're off by 500 calories (which would be a lot) that would mean about a day difference on your entire weight loss journey. So take a number which sounds about right and just use that.0

No it's not something I do daily I've just had a delivery this morning and thought I would take advantage and track it as exercise!
