what about something mexican ish like pinto beans. They are kind of bland on their own so I add stuff to them like tined tomatoes, chilli, garlic, a bit of worcestishire sauce. You can make refried beans with pintos as well. yum0

As the previous comment beans are good, you can get tins of mixed mexican beans which are super yummy. But if you don't have any in stock what about roasted veg? or Couscous? (or both?)0

I agree, the tinned mexican beans you can get are lovely
Or some roasted/grilled vegetables? Can put some spice in a bit of oil and brush a little onto the veg to make them a bit spicy...As the previous comment beans are good, you can get tins of mixed mexican beans which are super yummy. Arr I've ran out of cous cous! Roasted Veg it will probably be as I've got plenty.
Maybe I should give you an idea of what I have in veg, salad bits, potatos, rice, pasta, risotto rice.
Was thinking maybe make some potato wedges and roasted veg?0 -
You could do rice with roasted veg, and mix the veg in with the rice and a little spice and lemon juice maybe?x0
