Popping elbows
When ever I do upper arm exercises my elbows pop, it hurts when it first happens and then feels like a relief. They pop about 3-4 times during the exercise. This happens when I do push ups and any exercise that uses my arms.

Fruits and Veggies....HELP*
I have been eating tons of fruit and veggies with my meals and making home made everyday. I have not eaten out in two weeks. I lost a lot of weight the first week and a half. but now I am up a pound one day and down a pound the next. I eat between 1200 and 1400 cals a day but see no results..what I do see that is alarming…

Any suggestions on what to have when food is restricted? I have a bad bowl infection and doctor said no solids for up to 3-4 days. I just started this program and was doing very well until this setback. Please any suggestions would be great.
