Omg I still am consuming too much sodium, any suggestions?

    Cook your own food. Use delicious flavors instead of salt. For example curry is a very strong flavor. Garlic and onions.

    cut out processed crap, eat more real whole foods. I struggle with it too. You don't have to cut out processed food entirely, just minimize it.

    Thanks I do cook my own meals now and I am still seeing high levels...guess I will just play with things a bit more.
