Went down and up over the week, and evidently wasn't back down after the weekend. Really hoping to at least get down to 210 by April.

Getting close to the end, I'm sad to say I know I won't make my goal; I can, however, tell myself I continued to make improvements, and that is still success. I have plateaued and slowed down my progress, but up until now I wasn't exercising almost at all - just watching my food intake carefully. Hopefully time will allow…
