Bloating
Hi, I've just finished week one of my low carb journey. I've been very good and not cheated but have had terrible bloating in my stomach. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced it? Thanks x

Low carb bloating
Just finished week one of a low carb diet. I've lost an inch and a half from my stomach and 2.5lbs (yay!!) but I've had terrible bloating. Is this normal and if it is will it ease off? Many thanks in advance

Best fitness DVD?
I have had to give up my gym membership due to childcare issues and wanted to carry on exercising at home with a fitness DVD. Can anyone recommend anything? Been eyeing up Vicky's 7 day slim. It's had some good reviews and she's looking awesome now!

I feel revitilesed going back to work as my body hasn't totally switched off…
