Best fitness DVD?

I have had to give up my gym membership due to childcare issues and wanted to carry on exercising at home with a fitness DVD. Can anyone recommend anything? Been eyeing up Vicky's 7 day slim. It's had some good reviews and she's looking awesome now!

I have always enjoyed The Biggest Loser series and lately have been looking into Bob Harper's new line of videos. Also, youtube has many videos uploaded that you can put into a personal playlist.
  • You tube is a great idea! Can kind of try before you buy too! I'm gonna have a look at the les mills stuff as I used to love body combat classes at the gym!x

Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred is a great starter DVD. I saw alot of results doing it for the 30 days AND it is only a 30 min workout

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (which I found on you tube). Also her No more trouble zones. Tae Bo Ripped extreme is intense. Also Shape magazine has some good ones. I ended my gym membership due to financial reasons, so I feel you. Also power walking for 30 mins a day helps as well

    Check out

    Fitnessblender.com
    Nerdfitness.com

Youtube do a search for exercise workouts and try out ones until you find ones you enjoy.
  • Beachbody programs are expensive but worth it. If your pressed for time...FocusT25, and P90X3 are great ones.
  • Thanks everyone!! Hope everyone's had a great new year!! It sucks I've had to give up membership at the gym but I love working out so need to keep at it!!
