Food Diary Question
I have been with MFP off and on for quite awhile. I have a LOT of various foods listed that are on my recent and frequent food lists. Is there anyway to clear these lists off and start fresh? Or even just take some of the foods I don't use anymore off of the lists?

Inclement weather and running?
What do you do when it is storming outside and you cannot run? Don't have a treadmill? Is running in place even worth the effort? Or do you just wait and make it up another day? This has happened twice in the past week or so and it's bumming me out.

Why I weigh EVERYthing by grams!
Why I weigh EVERYthing! When making my oatmeal this morning I decided to actually weigh the oats instead of just scooping out a level 1/2 cup. To my surprise, when I weighed it out by grams by what is said on the box...it was only about 3/8 of a cup instead of a half cup. That might not seem like much but it all adds up.

Not-so-healthy food replacements?
Soooo, since you have been on MFP, what not-so-healthy foods have your replaced with their more healthy counterparts? Pasta was one of mine. Exercising while sick???
How dangerous is it to do a workout while you have a cold or bronchitis? I'm talking aerobics and/or walk/run intervals. I've heard different views. Some think it may help push the sickness out. Others say, no way, that one should rest etc. What is your opinion?

MapMyFitness or MFP???
Which is more accurate MapMyFitness or MyFitnessPal? I have been using MFP to clock my dance aerobic workout and it calculates calories burned at 408. Reset workout goals???
When I started on 6/5, I set my workout goals to 5 days/week at 30 minutes. My calorie base was 1550. I just reset my goal to 5 days/week at 60 minutes because that is what I have started doing. My calorie base went down to 1490. Which is cool, I eat right at that amount anyway and never eat my added calories for workouts.…

Just a curious question about MFP and strength training...
Just wondering why MFP doesn't count calories burned doing strength training. It has to use some calories the way it makes me sweat lol.
