Fiber question?

I have been on MFP since 6/5/2014. I have been working on not only eating less calories but also keeping my other numbers in line in the nutrional category. I am forEVER going over in fiber. Is this a bad thing? I eat mostly vegan or vegetarian as much as possible anyway with the occasional fish now and this *pescatarian is what I think that is called*. The fiber does not seem to be affecting me in a bad way. Just curious as I don't like seeing that negative red number in the fiber column every day.

The fiber numbers are MINIMUM numbers. Too bad MFP doesn't have them red when we're under and green when we're over. Enjoy your fiber!0

Fiber is good, I worry more when my fats and sugar are in the red...0
