Ever try to lose weight by simply replacing junk food with a healthier version? Make sure to look at the label, and read what's inside all of the fat-free and reduced fat foods. Try to eat more natural foods, and remember that anything that was made in a factory takes a factory to digest!

How much can you move
Did you get moving this past week? Can you do a little bit more? Get those calories burned by working just a little bit harder or moving just a little bit more. Walk around the house twice before sitting down, or push hard those last couple minutes before your workout ends. Whatever it takes just get up and get moving!!
