So if I have a late night snacker after midnight before bed do I count it as the previous day or next?

Is it better to set the goal to sedentary and add exercise or to just calculate tdee?

Activity level
What is my activity level. I play tennis for 1 hour 4 or five time a week and lift 2 or 3 times.

Does this sound correct?
My tdee is 2576. I lift 3 times a week and one day a week I play an hour of tennis. I also spend like an hour and a half on my feet a day and walk like 15 minutes a day.

Calorie cycling
I need some help with how calorie cycling work? 2600 is my limit, that would be 18200 a week to maintain. With calorie cycling I could technically eat like 3500 on some days and then lower for a few days so the week amount would be at 18000?

Calves feel flabbier but have not gained. Is it just water? I saw rings on my ankles from socks.

I am getting window tint on my car. Can you see inside with 10% tint? Is it hard to see with 10%?

So I feel like I have gained weight but haven't exceeded my goal of maintain, my stomach is less defined and can pinch more skin than usual, I noticed that a few days ago. Help?

So I haven't been overeating as far as I know I've been within my goal of maintaining. My stomach has like got softer over past few days, I can pinch more skin, which is soft and stretchy. What do I do? What happened?

Eating at midnight-1am and tracking it
So I'm guessing its okay to eat right before sleep as long as goal isn't passed? And can I just track it for the same day if its like 12-1 am when eat?

So I'm pretty bloated. I was wondering, do I need to lower sodium to get rid of it? Or if I just eat healthy and drink lot of water will that work? Basically is sodium the main culprit?

Well my usual weight is 160, but this morning I was 164 after going to the bathrom, is that normal? I'm very active, play 7 hours of hard tennis a week plus more. But maybe water weight? Help

Super soft belly
So I'm 6'5, 165, wanting to gain weight(muscle), but I have reallly soft belly fat? I don't want to lose any more weight as I have lost like 40 pounds in the last year. I just want to know why it is like that? I can see a faint 6 pack and feel it, even when not flexed but still the soft fat is so damn annoying. Help?

Zoloft and weight gain?
I've been taking zoloft for the past month, I've been tracking what I eat and not going over maintenance, but recently, over the past 5 days, I've all a sudden gained 5 pounds? What is up with that? Any ideas??

Clean bulk
So straight to the point here, I'm 6'5, 170, and wanting to put on some weight, muscle weight, i have lost 20 pounds just to cut some fat but i am now slightly skinny fat i think, although i can see my abs, but anyway, what can I expect from a clean bulk? I want to keep fat gain to minimum.
