So I'm guessing its okay to eat right before sleep as long as goal isn't passed? And can I just track it for the same day if its like 12-1 am when eat?

Yes, it is ok to eat right before bed, just make sure to record it. I count my calories in a day as the time I get up until the time I go to sleep, not by the actual date.

I track from the time I wake up till the time I go to bed all on the same day. It makes it easier for me so I'm not carrying my dinner or evening snacks over to the next day.

^ this. wake up until go to sleep is a "day"

of course you can eat before bed! I wouldn't exactly eat a HUGE meal.. but if you are hungry.. by all means, have something! Who can sleep with their tummy growling?! Not me!! Good luck!
