bread "recycle" ideas
So...totally failed to make a decent gluten-free Ezekiel bread. I'll eat it, but it does not bring joy to my tastebuds. I used soybeans, and they dominate the flavor. Texture is dense, but the bread falls apart too easily. For uses, I'm thinking about creating a fritatta, or making stuffing for chicken...I can break it up…

Weight Training Info
So far, I've been trying to tone up with my weight training. I use moderate weight and do 2 reps of 20. Apologies are in order...
To every "health nut" I ever scorned, I am truly sorry. To every calorie counter that I mocked, please forgive me. To all the "skinny" people, I regret teasing you with my nasty, greasy food when you chose a better, healthier option. I'm not entirely hyped up by tallying every teensy morsel, but I understand now why it is…

Pre-work out/post-workout eating
In matter of opinion, how effective is it to have a smaller caloric intake PRIOR to working out as opposed to having a major meal shortly before? Not trying to be unhealthy. I do have a substantial caloric intake throughout the day, but I tend to have a moderate breakfast, then workout, and immediately have a meal bar or…
