nirvana in a cup!

1 cup of cubed zucchini, frozen
1 Tbsp instant coffee
1 Tbsp baking cocoa
1 scoop protein powder (i use NOW soy protein isolate)
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
6 cherries, pitted
1 packet truvia (or equivalent sweetener)
whip this baby up in a food processor or blender...healthy, frozen mochaccino. take THAT Starbucks!
a little less than 200 calories, so it makes for a nice morning snack. since i left everything in a nice, generic format, i won't be estimating protein, carbs, and fats for everyone. one assumes you can figure those out based on your own pantries.
