Chocolate
So I am a huge chocolate lover and I am finding it very hard to stay away from it right now. Not good. Does anybody know of any chocolate recipes or snacks that I could have that won't make kill my calorie goal for the day? Thanks!!

Ok so anybody out there that does Zumba or any kind of dance fitness classes, what kind of shoes do you think are best? I want good shoes that are great to workout in and wear on a daily basis, but also they need to be able to turn well and move well on the floor. 298 over!!!
So I am 298 calories over my daily goal....grrrrrr. Went Christmas shopping and ate at Red Robin. Which I guess 298 isn't that bad when eating at Red Robin. Haha. Anyway, I need to do some cardio at home tonight...as in right now. Any good suggestions how to burn at least 300 calories without going to the gym? Thanks!!
