I love any kind of white tea, and I drink those hot. I love the Tazo Passion Tea. It's an herbal tea that I drink cold. I take a big glass with me to work every single day!

I have a Polar FT7 HRM. I love it. I did a lot of research before I got one, and from what I can tell, it is one of the best on the market and is pretty accurate. It comes with a chest strap that reads your heart rate. I've heard that ones without the chest strap aren't nearly as accurate. Good luck!!

I have the polar ft7. From all the researching, I think polar can't be beat. Mine was about 110 dollars. It also has the chest strap that transmits the data to the watch.. They are waaaay more acurate. I love mine and I think it will be one of the best investments you will make!

Hey I got mine for Christmas too and mine tells me I burn more as well. MFP may take your age, weight, and height into consideration, but it has no idea what your heart rate is and how hard you are working out. So I trust my hrm anyday over MFP.

I just got my HRM for Christmas. I got the polar ft7. I love it. It does come with the chest strap, but from what i read when I was researching, those are way more reliable. It doesn't bother me at all. The ft7 is super easy to use and stores a lot of info....and I just love it! Good luck!

Usually at my moms on Christmas morning. She scrambles eggs, makes bacon, biscuits and jelly...all that stuff. But this year I think we are going to make fresh veggie omlets. They are awesome anyway, so I don't really feel like I am missing out on anything. :o)

It's possible that you are eating too few calories and your metabolism is slowing down and not burning as many calories. I was at a standstill and I started eating 100-200 more calories a day (still exercising) and now I have started losing again.

I have looked for a spaghetti squash but can't find them. Do you have to get them at some specialty store or something? I've been wanting to try it.

I was doing 1200 a day when i had my goal set to lose 2 pounds a week. I couldn't do it. It was too low and I felt hungry. I changed my goal to lose 1 1/2 pounds a week and now can eat 1390. Those 190 extra calories make a big difference to me for some reason. Haha. Good luck!! :o)

I don't, but I know people that have that problem. It doesn't do well with their digestive tract. Haha. I love raw fruit but I am allergic to cherries, peaches, apricots, and plums. Bummer. I say load up on oranges and grapefruits :o)

I don't have an HRM, but I did ask for one for Christmas! :o) I go off of just general dancing for the calories, which I think are on the lower end as to what it would be for Zumba. Lately i've been eating almost all of my calories becuase everyone seems to think I should give that a try.

I always measure and weight my food....I NEVER eat all my exercise calories back. I don't drink. I do not drink juices or soft drinks. Why do you think I'm so frustrated?

Haha. I do Zumba classes at the local gym and I Jump rope daily for about 20 minutes. I also do a core toning and strength class.

Yes I have. I was hoping that would jump start my metabolism. But it didn't. I forgot to mention that I've lost 20 pounds since the first of September...but have been stuck since the first of November. Nothing in a month

Yes ma'am....I was doing the same thing at 1200 calories a day. Now I'm at 1390 and I usually only eat between 1200 and 1300. And you're soooo right. It's a lot less stressful. :o)
