reverse phycology???

So...I started out aiming to lose 2 pounds a week at 1,200 calories a day. I found myself constantly going over on my cals. So when I got into the swing of losing, i reduced my goal to 1 pound a week, at 1,560 cals a day. Now that I've changed that (and feel so much less stressful over it) I find myself consistently eating about 1,200 cals a day! Anyone else experience this???

    Yes ma'am....I was doing the same thing at 1200 calories a day. Now I'm at 1390 and I usually only eat between 1200 and 1300. And you're soooo right. It's a lot less stressful. :o)
