When I am on my way to dance class every night, I get this urge to eat something sweet. I don't know why, but I just do. Lol, it could be that my body knows it is going to work hard and wants to reward myself. I don't want to eat something that will mess up my calorie intake for the day, even though I would love to eat a brownie and oreo ice cream. =) I figured out that if I put 2 tablespoons of milk chocolate chips and 6 pecans in a little snack-size plastic bag, it is the perfect dessert snack on the go. It satisfies my sweet tooth and is under 200 calories. I love it and it makes me feel good.

    What about those 100 calorie chocolate bars? They also have super low calorie fat free fudgesicles (spelling?!) too that I love!!
