Dancin' shoes!!!

Ok so anybody out there that does Zumba or any kind of dance fitness classes, what kind of shoes do you think are best? I want good shoes that are great to workout in and wear on a daily basis, but also they need to be able to turn well and move well on the floor. It's kinda hard to dance when your shoes grip the floor so much.
) I've heard some of the Puma shoes are good. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!!

Oh pooh. I thought this was about ballroom dance shoes.
Anyway, goodluck! I have the same type of issues when trying to do cardio at home. Carpet and shoes do not go well together.0 -
My Zumba instructor told me that actual dance shoes are the best. She suggested going to a dance supply store or website and look at the jazz tennis/athletic shoes. The ones i just ordered are bloch brand and are split soles. Hope this helps0

Try the Capezio dance sneaker - I say this because Capezio makes ballet slippers and toe shoes - and they are what my instructors wear. I have not bought a pair.0

I do Zumba and have the Nike Mystique's.. they are designed for dance exercise and really do pivot well. I also just read in the current issue of Southern Living about Pum Voltaic II Womens Shoes that are great for dance workouts..0
