I can't get motivated on the treadmill.

cutting out sugar drinks & are sandwiches unhealthy
how much does cutting out sugar drinks affect ones weight loss and body toning? Should I eat even if i'm not hungry?
If i'm supposed to eat at least 1200 calories a day and I eat every time i'm hungry but it still doesn't add up to 1200 calories am I supposed to keep eating til I reach 1200? Any exercises I can do with rolled ankle?
I rolled my ankle playing volleyball but I don't want to stop exercising 'cause i'm afraid the lazy time might make me give up a little. I tried doing situps, "girl" pushups, and side leg raises, but I always somehow end up twisting my ankle. Any exercises I can do or any advice to keep me motivated if I do rest?
