What videos do you use weekly & how often?
& are you seeing results?

I'm going to be using 12+ of their videos weekly, I feel different
but I am not seeing results yet. Though it has only been
a week... lol. (:

    I like several of their glute workouts. brazilian butt lift was good. I haven't used them regularly, so can't speak for results, but if
    you eat as they suggest and workout 5-6 days a week, you'lll see/feel results as long as you have a calorie deficit.

    I did their 1000 calorie burn one yesterday, didn't burn close to 1000 calories, but it was challenging!
