Fitness Blender routine help (if you're familiar)

So I have went through (most) of Fitness Blender's videos & have decided to use these as my weekly routine.
Would you tell me what I need to do more of or if i'm doing too much.....if it's not too much for me to ask.

I do the workouts spaced out throughout the day (using low impact cardio as my warmup) instead of doing them all in the morning / all at night. I just need to make sure i'm getting in enough cardio & strength training to lose my lower belly fat & tone up my body without hurting myself.

Or if this seems wrong, could you tell me how to set up a different routine using these videos?
