Working out with low grade fever?
Should I go ahead and work out with a low grade fever? I'm running 99.1. My normal is generally lower than 98.6. Usually 97. I feel bad but not flu bad. Thoughts?

Good ways to visually mark your "great" days?
I like visual feedback when I'm working for a goal, and seeing that I've done things right for so many days in a row helps me stay on track. So what are some ways that I can mark the number of "good" days I've had (when I've worked out, eaten right.) Sticky notes on the bathroom mirror? Quarters in a jar? I dunno.…
