Should I go ahead and work out with a low grade fever? I'm running 99.1. My normal is generally lower than 98.6. Usually 97. I feel bad but not flu bad. Thoughts?

Let your body rest. If you feel bad, get better first.0

Personally, I'd give it a rest and let your body work on whatever is ailing you...whether it's a minor virus, a serious cold or the flu, your body needs the energy to fix you.0
